Everyday Mineral Powder Swatch

demo in Berlin 22 September

call for demonstration in Berlin on Saturday, 22 September from 14.30 clock

call civil rights nationwide to participate in a demonstration against excessive surveillance by industry and government on. On Saturday, 22 September 2007 concerned citizens in Berlin under the motto "Freedom not fear - Stop the surveillance mania" take to the streets. Meet at the Pariser Platz (Brandenburger Tor) at 14.30 clock.

the surveillance mania is rampant. Government and businesses register, monitor and control us more complete. No matter what we do, who we speak or take phone calls, where we are going or with whom we are friends, for which we are interested in what groups we are committed - The "big brother" government and "little brothers" from the business know it more precisely.

With the retention of telecommunications and online searches of computers more stringent security and surveillance powers are on the insatiable political agenda. This causes the increasing electronic recording and monitoring of the entire population does not have better protection from crime, costs millions of euros and threatens the privacy of innocent people. Where govern fear and activism, focused and sustained action to improve security as well stay on the track like a tackling real, everyday problems of people (eg Unemployment and poverty).

Moreover: Who feels constantly monitored and observed, can no longer use an impartial and courageous for his rights and a just society. It gradually formed an uncritical consumer society of people who have "nothing to hide" and against the state - to give up their liberties - for alleged guarantee complete security. Such a society, we do not want!

To protest against security mania and excessive surveillance, let's go on Saturday, 22 September 2007 in Berlin under the motto "Freedom not fear - Stop the surveillance mania" on the road. Meet at the Paris Platz (Brandenburger Tor) at 14.30 clock. The protest march through the city will lead among other things, the Alexanderplatz, before it will end with a big final rally at the Brandenburg Gate.

We call on all citizens to participate in the demonstration. The politicians should see that the people go for their freedoms back on the road! On the demo site (http://www.FreiheitstattAngst.de) are found in each case the latest information on the demo to travel options and opportunities to help.
