Montags das übliche Fitnesstraining , Dienstag eine wohltuende Massage und heute ein wenig Opi`s Geburtstag gefeiert. Und ich hab wieder viel zu viel gegessen. Das heißt für morgen, beim Spinning in die Pedale treten, was das Zeug hält.
