Wird mal wieder Zeit, dass ich meinen Blog pflege. Die Woche über ist noch nicht viel passiert. Montags das übliche Fitnesstraining , Dienstag eine wohltuende Massage und heute ein wenig Opi`s Geburtstag gefeiert. Und ich hab wieder viel zu viel gegessen. Das heißt für morgen, beim Spinning in die Pedale treten, was das Zeug hält.
Achso, arbeiten war ich auch noch .
Ja und wie der Titel schon verrät, hab ich ein wenig Tuning betrieben. Oder besser, ich hab mir einen neuen Laufradsatz bestellt. Und zwar diesen hier:
Vuelta Superlite. Gefallen mir sehr gut und sind in Preis / Leistung (170 €) nicht zu schlagen.
Alle Daten It is here to . There are still blue / black Ultremo Schwalbe tires. But which are expected until early February. Until then, the wheels disappear in a box. Once everything is ready, there are new photos.
With amazement I read that is the Tour de France, but probably transferred from ARD / ZDF. The Lord Armstrong polarized even the broadcasters. This, of course, in the case of ARD / ZDF do is totally implausible, which anyway does not matter.
attracts money, see RTL hand ball - WM. Mr. Armstrong come up to full speed, joined in the finals of the 2nd An eleven-stage breakaway, and was even at times the pace. In the end he was then 45th
